First of all, it's not available for Malaysian market (if you're in Malaysia or using Malaysian set). This app ONLY available in US, UK, Korea, Canada, Singapore and India. I managed to install and/ or update because I'm using a UK number to my Malaysian Note 9.
What? But why? Will it be available to Malaysian market or not? After 8 years I moved to Android from IOS when everybody was saying I will have several features, but I only find lot of discrimination from Samsung itself. I was never aware region wise restrictions are common in Android for the same set.
The features are region dependent.. All Galaxy Note 9 are the same except processors, RAM, storage capacity and Region.. I seriously have no idea why there are Region specific features.. I too was disappointed when Samsung ONLY released Good Lock in those Regions.. Singapore is just few kilometers away from Malaysia and yet, we didn't get Good Lock but Singapore does! I reckon discrimination is in play in Samsung!
