When did this app come out?

There were two similar apps, Samsung Remote Support, which came out in 2016 I think, but I don't think that it's been updated since?

There's Samsung's Smart Tutor, which came out in 2015, and closely resembles the Icon in your screen shot. it is currently still being updated.

Hi thanks but it was smart tutor app and it did look like it was updated

Yeah, that's what I thought based on the Icon in your screen shot. 

As I said, Smart Tutor came out in 2015 & is currently receiving updates.
