Protein - chicken breast + Egg
Carbs - Soba mee
Vege - Enoki mushroom + chinese cabbage
Soup based: tomato + onion (fried)
1. Fried onion (oil cover the onion)
2. Take out onion (remove all the oil)
3. Stir fry chicken breast, no need preservation.
4. Put in cubed tomato, boiled it until become watery.
5. Add in chicken, water, enoki, cabbage, soba
6. Boiled and add eggs.
7. Put some salt + little bit sesame oil + little bit pepper
