Save copy should be jpg

Why every time i save a copy of a picture taken as heic saved also as heic? Previous version of photo editor does save copy to jpg but why the changes?

Now every time i need to upload i always "very hassle" changing my camera to jpg every time i really needed only to take jpg pictures and then needed to re switch back (very fking hassle at this moment) to heic... 

Why samsung?

I meant the photo editor, A few updates back, every time you edit an heic photo and save copy it will automatically save as jpeg/jpg, now few updates forward it now save as heic even though it was saved as copy, please read back, i didn't forget to mention the photo editor not the camera settings

To save a copy as a JPEG instead of HEIC on a Samsung phone, you can change the default image type in your device's settings:

1. Open Settings
2. Scroll down and select Camera
3. Tap Formats
4. Select Most Compatible instead of High Efficiency
