I've been eyeing on this item for a while watching and reading reviews about it. Since I started working from home I've just used a desk lamp to illuminate my work area, but after purchasing a screenbar light (it's sitting on top of my monitor in this picture) I've noticed that my eyes don't hurt as much because of the asymmetric directional lighting. What's even better is that it has three different color temperatures with adjustable brightness settings. Truly a must have!
