Reducing the glaze of cranberry, orange juice and zest, ginger, garlic, caramelised onion, dark brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.

Spatchcocked a 3kg chicken.

First application of glazed.

Admiring my work before I cook it

Still admiring it.

And guess what??? Once cooked, I tasted it and it was that nice I forgot to take anymore photos and simply ate it. There was roasted potato, sweet potato, carrot and cauliflower and there were steamed peas, beans broccoli and corn cobs. 

The remaining glaze I blitzed with a stick blender and made a sauce with it. So I failed to finish this post. 😂🤣😂🤣🤦🏼‍♂️
