I do have some suggestions on how you can frame your sunset shots better:
Try shots that show more of what's below the horizon, instead of putting the horizon at the bottom of the frame. This helps set the scene and give the sunset a sense of scale!
Try turning on your Grid lines (found in your Camera settings) to help you frame a shot better.
If using PRO mode, set your ISO to low (around 100 - 400 ISO), judging from how high the sun is, to make sure your sunset photo doesn't come out grainy.
In contrast, you should use a quicker shutter speed so your shot doesn't come out overexposed.
