i already called you and they dont give me my warranty. my phone is only 10 months old. you know how expensive galaxy s20 plus is.

my phone is fully protected with a case and a dbrand skin. I was just playing spotify the that happened.
Im only using messenger, fb, youtube, and google apps on this phone.

I'm not happy with the assessment of your service center. they said my warranty was void because of little scratches and i need to pay for the replacement of the parts. my phone is protected with a case and a dbrand skin. and you can't avoid little scratches specially when you're using that thing everyday.
