Good day... my issue is that I have been unable to download or update any apps since I updated my phone about 2 updates ago, I recently updated it hoping that would fix the issue but it has not. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy J6, please help....
Perhaps your phone's internal memory is full... when that happens you can't update anything at all unless you start cleaning cache of every app and removing apps.
