Galaxy Themes

Have this problem where I downloaded a theme from the galaxy themes and when I try and delete it , it does not  delete and places a download icon in the corner of the theme pic. This theme also spawns redirect to web pages  in your browser.  Any ideas on how to get rid of the theme??

From the picture you posted, it looks like you haven't applied the default samsung theme. So apply the default theme & then you should be able to delete it.

The problem was caused by a barcode scanner app that was downloaded from google play store. Random web page redirects are now gone.
