try connect a card reader to PC and format microSD. Then, try insert to your phone

Normally it happens when the card was initially formatted in NTFS. You can use an microSD Card Adaptor and slot it into a laptop or a card reader then format it in FAT. Before formatting, make sure you transfer all contents of the card to a safe location in the PC should you wish to move it back to the microSD Card..
