Problem on Calls

Please help me to fix this... i have a problem on my calls. I can hear the voice of the receiver but the receiver cannot hear my voice. How to fix this?

Try end the call again and call right again to the caller.

More Call Options:
Mute means you cannot hear the caller to you

If not, Try restarting your phone and Go to this Samsung Members App > Get Help > Interactive Checks and Click "Microphone" and Speak at 3secs if it is working.

I think the problem is in your phone's hardware. Did you accidentally drop your phone a few times?

Try recording using the voice recorder app to isolate if the issue is with the mic of the device.
