i hv problem wt my hp.cannot receive cll.n other person can't hear my voice. Repair person said that my hp still nice n OK.. But the problem never soft. Pls I hope anyone will give a suggestions

Since technician say your phone still ok and nice then perhaps network issue. See the bar network is full bar or low bar.
