Galaxy MLast month, it is reported that Samsung is working on a new Galaxy F phone that will be equipped with 5G network connectivity support. The device could be called the Galaxy F42 5G as it was spotted on the Wi-Fi Alliance database with model number SM-E426B.
After WFA approval, the handset with the same model number has been completed the Bluetooth SIG certification, which confirms the upcoming Galaxy F42 5G features Bluetooth 5.0 tech. However, the Wi-Fi Alliance revealed that it supports Wi-Fi 5 for enhanced connectivity.
It is important to mention that the Galaxy F42 5G seems to be a rebadged version of the recently introduced Galaxy A22 5G smartphone. Meanwhile, the Bluetooth SIG certification shows the company is also working on two more rebranded variants called Galaxy Buddy (SM-A226L) and Galaxy Wide 5 (SM-E426S).
