My M21 says it is up-to-date, but it isn't. I've even gone so far as to do a full factory reset, and still it won't update. The factory reset was the last option I knew.
Samsung Switch on PC also says the phone is up to date.
All my colleagues (it is a company phone) have the same model, and they have all received their updates.
If anyone know a solution to this, please let me know.
