I hope that some customizable modules can be added.

1) Common problems reported with models we own so we don't have to go seek them on forums such as Reddit.

2) The banners that showcase the hot topics, especially when there are specials or vouchers.

3) Seeing people posting pictures taken with their devices.

4) I would like to see greater contribution from Samsung employees when it comes to people posting queries or concerns. I would also like to see a better way of 2-way communication when issues are formally reported. The responses provided need to be less generic and more genuinely solution based.
