I ordered my Fold 6 on 12/07/24 and expected delivery was 22/7/24. Since then I have called and emailed the Samsung every single day and the only response I get is the 'internal team' is working on it and awaiting 'verification' with absolutely no line of sight as to when they will deliver ky order.

Legal action should be taken, what Samsung is doing is criminal!

Samsung has breached ACCC consumer law: 

If a business is aware of an issue outside of their control which they know will delay them supplying any of their products or services, the business needs to make sure they provide clear and accurate information to consumers about:


- stock or service availability 

- the likely timing of production and delivery, or service supply 

- what solutions they will provide if they can’t supply the product or service on time or within a reasonable time.

Very frustrated with Samsung. I bought Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Ultra watch from Samsung online on 12th July. Delivery date was 5th August. Having look at status today 12/08/24 it still shows "Awaiting Dispatch" after being on "Order Accepted" for couple of weeks. I have no idea when these will be delivered. If I do not get any response today, I will be reporting this to ACC.........
