Respondents who participated in the survey were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family. They were asked to rate the companies on economic impact and image, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility. Participants were also asked to evaluate other employers in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively.

This is great to see. I do place high importance on things like this when making purchasing decisions (as many others do I'm sure). Drop in the ocean obviously, but how we direct our individual purchasing power does make a difference. I want products that I buy to be designed and produced in ethical ways by people who are appreciated, valued and treated fairly.
