There's no Android 10 for the Note8 planned currently. I wouldn't hold my breath. If this changes, I'll make sure to let you know, but act as if it will never happen.
It seems some people are quite confused with the android 10 update.
When One UI 2.0 was announced and we were given the initial timeline it was explicitly stated that Android 10 would not be coming to the S8 and Note 8.
