Flagship phone only get 3 years of major updates and then I believe it's 2 years worth of security updates. The life cycle of that phone is long passed

If you had the Exynos variant, then you could Root it and Flash AT LEAST Android 11, and probably Android 12.. AND with the November Security Patch.

If you're in Canada with the Snapdragon variant, Samsung just wants you to buy a new device.
