I use Nova Launcher.

Edit: On second thought, this may be achievable using the Home Up module to customize the Home Screen's grid size. Depends on how many icons you want. Maximum size using Home Up is 7x7. This set up uses 9x6.

Icon pack is Moonshine from the Playstore. Using Theme park this set up is achievable to a point.
