The last four days or so has had me pissed. I keep getting aw snap. I've never ever had this problem before and all of a sudden it starts happening all the time. I try to follow the suggestions but the instructions don't work on my Samsung Note 9. I don't have the features they talk about in The Fix. Does anybody have any suggestions before I go mental?
the screen goes white and says aw snap. He gives me suggestions on how to fix it, The listed link is the one I've gone to before but my phone doesn't have a way to clear the cache because those options don't exist for me. Note 9 here
When does the screen goes white and says aw snap, is this when you open a particular application or when opening your phone ?it seems as a malware for me..
For you, it's easy to understand or see what you are doing, but for us we need to know WHAT are tou trying to do AND HOW this message happened. EXPLAIN US YOUR GOAL and take printscreens to help you
wait, I think I had a brain freeze. I kept going to my Android looking for the cache clear but I just realized it was telling me to go to Google. I'm trying it now but it really is annoying when it happens
it's just randomly opening something in Google. I can be on the same page multiple times and it goes off. I just cleared my cache so I'm going to see if it worked
