Battery won't charge

why my battery won't charge when my cellphone is on but when my cellphone is off. all good. to charge

please help me

Hi @Samsung_aPDwDcE, first thing first, what samsung Galaxy are you currently using?
(Kamu pakai **bleep** samsung galaxy apa?)

Please try to change the USB Cable or the adapter itself, and check it. If it is works or not?
(Coba kamu ganti kabel USB nya, atau adapter nya, apakah berfungsi atau tidak?)

If you have tried, but still didn't work, then I suggest you to go to the nearest Samsung Service Center, so that they can check what seems be the problem in your Samsung Galaxy Device.
(Jika sudah dicoba ganti kabel dan adaptor tapi masih bermasalah atau tidak bisa charge waktu **bleep** nya hidup, coba bawa Samsung Galaxy kamu ke Samsung Service Center terdekat yah untuk dilakukan pengecekan lebih lanjut oleh teknisi Samsung nya!)

saya sudah coba dg another kabel. tapi masih gabisa. sudsh restart juga tdk bisa pak. apa ad solusi lainnya? software juga udah paling update
