Hello, I need help regarding my bixby.. I have been here in Japan for 4 years and been using note series and now I have this Note 9 with me and my bixby works perfectly but I don't know what happened all a sudden, my bixby says "can't be used to this country or region".  I have tried all the workable solutions like, clearing all the data of my bixby (voice, vision and so on) and done resetting my phone but I does not help. 

Is there anyone here who knows any workable solutions to my problem? Thank you.

Am sorry to hear what you are experiencing right now, as mentioned, you already tried all the workable solutions. 

Phones usually have regional locks; if a device was purchased in one country or region, it will be locked out of some features in other regions.

Our Samsung Engineers are competent enough and they have the expertise to assist you in providing better support when it comes to your phone device, i.e., technical support, SIM activation, and other services towards seeing your Bixby working again.

Set the region to Philippines or US. Press and hold the Bixby button to open Bixby Voice > tap the Compass icon > tap the three-dot icon > Settings > Bixby country/region, then select a region.

What feature isn't working? There are some capsules that aren't available for some countries btw. But you can try changing your region by going to the Bixby Settings and choose the region which that capsule works.
