Bluetooth connection problems

I bought new sony WISP500/B earphones and I tried to connect them to my laptop which worked great, but when I tried to connect them to my note 9 for about an hour nothing worked. I tried to restart my phone, turn bluetooth off and on and even earsing its cache and data and nothing is working. Can anyone help?

What does it say when you try to pair it?

i had the same problem, i just powered off and power on my device

it dosent show the pairing option on my phone,but it does on my laptop.

Hello @Lani, did you make sure to unpair the device from your laptop? Are you having issues syncing other Bluetooth devices with you device?
