hey guys got, a little issue with my Bluetooth sync . it won't send notifications of calls or texts unless I have my location on on my phone . I contacted fit bit and they say it's a android Bluetooth issue , since Bluetooth on android is now calling for Mac adress or something like that . But it uses a ton of battery when I put location on , even if I have Bluetooth battery saving on. I know I should get a Samsung gear s3 but can't really afford it right now . thanks guys , let me know what you're thoughts on my issue are .
Hey @hoferdavid! Sorry for late reply. Could you please try connecting your Note 8 to any other devices through Bluetooth to check if the problem is from your phone or Ionic? Thanks!
hey Nick, bought myself a Samsung gear s3 frontier. problem fixed . But fitbit ionic had way better battery life . But way more options and way better sync and faster sync on the frontier . Love it
