My phone has had this issue end of 2022 and back then there was no screen replacement program and they quoted me rm1k+ which was not worth it in my opinion, so I had no choice but to purchase another phone when everything about my phone was still good other than the bloody screen, and now I found out, they offered free screen replacement that ended back in March and there was no official announcement at all, just a silent launch and expect you to know about it and now try to turn a blind eye and say they have no such program when I messaged their live chat to ask. Why couldn't they just extend it to ALL users with this issue without such a short time limit?? It is clearly a manufacturing defect but they tried to blame it on the customers for not using the phone properly.
P.S. The only reason I buy samsung, is because I like the in-built stylus, which I don't understand why no other brand has done... If anyone has any other recommendations of phone with a stylus, please do recommend as I am quite done with samsung offering subpar products at exorbitant pricing and refuse to own up to their mistake when problem arises.
