My S Pen broke while I was using it, when I look at the place where it broke, I see the material is really weak.
Spoke to Samsung, they are claming there is no such reported issue, while there is clearly lots of people who are experiencing the same issue as me. Seems like lots of users are reporting their pens break at the exact same spot.
So disappointing to see Samsung not taking responsibility for the low quality of the S pen.
Will not buy a Samsung phone again, really disappointed from the customer service.

never heard of this being an issue. certainly don't have any concerns that my pen will break

One doesn't appreciate the situation until it happens to them. Below you can see lots of people reporting the same issue.

It's covered under warranty so just exchange for a new one.

It's a reported issue ofc, but happens very rarely. I don't see any solution except buying a new S pen, and they're not expensive.
Also, Samsung can't cover this. If it was very frequent occurrence among the majority of the Note users, they surely would.

If it happens to me I'd be a bit frustrated but then I'd remember there's people getting bombed overseas everyday and that my S Pen is a small inconvenience in the grand scheme of things...
