Hello! Does anyone experienced the sudden change in charging their phone? From Super Fast Charging to Cable Charging? It only started this January 1st.

I already tried the following:
- Factory Reset
- Bought a new chord at the Samsung store
- Changed the outlet
- Used different samsung fast charger

Unfortunately, nothing works. Is it already a battery issue? Charging pin? The phone is just 2 years old (note 20 ultra)
Thank you!

I did try the software update, factory reset, toggle on and off the super fast charging, bought a new chord, but nothing works. I guess I really need to visit the center 🤦‍♀️ Thank you so much

1. You may check your fast charging icon in Battery Settings.
2. Make sure Fast Charging is turned on.
3. You maybe updated on the latest OneUI 5.0 and it hides the fast charging notification

My phone is using the OneUI 5.0, however, the time duration for charging to 90-100% takes more than an 1 hour, sometimes, 2 hr, which is not usual for me since I've been using super fast charging 😭😭
