Before you try out the recommendations below, be sure to check if yourdevice's software and camera appsare updated to the latest version. To update yourmobile device's software, follow these steps:
Step 1.Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2.Tap on Download and install.
Step 3.Follow the on-screen instructions.
Step 4.Reset your device.
Update the Camera App.
Step 1. Open the camera app. Open the Camera app, and then tap Settings.
Step 2. Check for updates. Scroll down to and tap About Camera, and check if any updates are available. Tap the update if one is available. If there are no updates available, your screen will read “ The latest version is already installed .”
Submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:
Step 1.Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.
Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.
