Can't edit my Samsung account

I can log into my Samsung account but can't do anything else. Have tried it from 3 different devices and used 3 different browser but the results are same. It always shows error message.

Any suggestions? I need to delete the previously own cellphones from my account.

Try clearing the browser cache. If problem persists, you may need to reachSamsung support about it.

Thanks for the suggestion. Have tried it but still not working. Looks like to need to contact Samsung support.

Hi, could you please confirm whether you have tried to login to Samsung account from the PC/Laptop (Internet Explorer, Google chrome browser) and try to edit your Samsung account.

Have tried on desktop computer with Firefox, Window Edge, tablet with Firefox and Note20 Ultra with Samsung browser.
