cant buy anything from galaxy store after last purchased on 25th march

Hi, even after loads of trials on solving the problem still couldnt buy from galaxy store, even after i did factory reset.

I keep getting cant connect to network, sometimes while in samsung checkout, unable to connect to network.

At first i suspected my bank could be having issue.but they clarified that my banking account is fine.please help me what is going on with galaxy store?..does anybody else having this issue?
