Contacts disappearance

Hello, please I need help on how to stop my saved contacts from disappearing. I used Samsung note 10+ .

Where are you saving your Contacts? 

ie: Device, SIM, Samsung Account or Google Account? 

Open your Contacts & Click on the 3 Dot Menu middle left (yours will look different than mine) & Check to see where your Contacts are being saved. 

I'd recommend that you save them to your Google Account.

Same issue whether I save on my Google account or SIM

I used to save on my Google account but same thing happened so I switched to saving on my SIM...still same

Don't know what could possibly be happening with your Contacts saved AND Synced with your Google Account. In about a dozen years, I've never lost any of my Contacts.

Are your contacts Syncing with Google?

Go to Settings > Scroll Down to Google & Click on it > Settings for Google Apps & Click on that & Check to see if your Contacts are being Synced.

Yeah, my google acc is on auto sync. I'm surprised as well. I had to resave some contacts over n over

And you are using the same Google Account?

Not really, cos I have 2 Google accounts.

Hi, as you have mentioned your contacts in Google account are auto sync, please check that your'e using the same Google account with which your contacts are auto sync on the device.
