Day 3 and no succes getting a hold of samsumg, pre ordered note 20 ultra, with the assumption that I would receive the Ear Buds that was supposed to be a free gift with purchase. My phone is registered and yesterday sat on hold for over hour and half before I hung up, then tried there live chat over three 3 hours and still no agent. I have been trying to redeem my E- voucher and have followed all instructions that where provided to me and no luck.
Very disappointed with there service and there lack of support.

they are extremely busy and short staffed right now. The other day I was on hold for about 2.5hrs still I spoke to someone.

Galaxy NoteHI Ryan12345 - sorry to hear this. Do you actually have the e-voucher code, and can't use it? Or you haven't been able to access the voucher code yet?
