I have alot of disabled apps and some are Samsung apps on my note 20. I've tried every tip on how to enable/reset. Dots in upper right that say reset. Disabled background data everywhere, unallowed defaults and alot of permissions on apps. A connection/contact I need on outlook has malware/virus on their emails to me according to Microsoft. Changed all passwords, this new phone and another new phone yet my apps disable as do notifications with no way to turn on. They hack every email acct, files, gallery, Google photos, Google drive, storage etc. Mobile. Delete only recordings photos, videos, documents relating to their org. How do I enable all my samsung apps so I can secure my phone. It's the 3rd Samsung phone they've hacked and a pixel.

Hi ednaL,
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Please verify your phone in safe mode to diagnose the issue exactly if the third-party apps cause the issue or the device.
Safe mode to check if added apps are causing problems. This mode only loads basic system software and allows you to disable third-party applications.
1. After turning off the device, turn it on.
2. Once the Samsung logo has started, press and hold the volume down button.
3. When the home screen appears, the safe mode is displayed in the lower-left corner of the screen.
How to deactivate safe mode:
1. Press and hold the power button.
2. Tap Restart.

In Apps 》 delete the cache, disk and memory space, you'll be good to go. If they are pre-installed apps, uninstall and they will be back to the factory default version. You can then update them again if you like.
