I don't know now if this is a phone issue or a network issue.
Using my N20U and subscribing to Globe postpaid, I would have difficulty making a call, and most of the times incoming calls are dropped, usually with a voice prompt which says "your number cannot be completed as dialed...." (hello....!?!)
I also recently subscribed to another Globe plan and inserted the sim to a Note9.
Today I tried to call a number first using the N20U, but i could never get thru.
I then dialed the same number using the Note9, and I heard a ring right away!
I repeated the process 3x - same response.
So, is my issue with my N20U phone-related or network-related?

my experience with globe is that I can easily dial numbers using the prefix +639 compared with just the 09***

I'm not experiencing any problems when I call using my N20 Ultra. Though my service provider is Smart. Try asking your service provider if your sim has any problem.

Hello there! Have you tried resetting your network settings?

Like simply turning on and off the unit? Or how?

Theres an option to reset network settings

Go to settings > general management settings > reset > reset network settings

My network has been stronger using my N20U versus my S10+ but I know for a fact that my area has poor mobile coverage. I second trying to reset your network settings. Maybe even do a diagnostic comparing the same sim card on different phones. Good luck!
