I own a note 10 plus and used it for 8 months when it suddenly broke down so I took it to my local samsung for repairs and guess what samsung refused to honor their warranty stating moisture inside my unit and immediately passed judgment saying its user fault and proceeded to charge me a thousand bucks. Amazing how a WATER resistant phone ends up having WATER inside from mere contact from minor raindrops. So guys and gals please dont buy samsung phones, seriously they charge a hefty premium for inferior quality parts and substandard customer service.
I have been using Samsung since note 3 days. and never had any issues or so called false marketing. how can I trust u more than my experience I had with Samsung?
