I recently bought a replacement case for samsung pro 2 model SM R510. It seems the buds connection pins have a magnet rejection to the metal port of the buds so they dont stay tight on the case. I can charge them by closing the lid (so the pressure overcomes the magnetic force) but as soon as I open the lid they stop charging and is very easy to drop them.
Is there a special procedure to follow to factory reset the case? I already did the reset for the buds using the app.
