Galaxy Note 20 ultra mic not working after software update since Nov2022

Any idea how to resolve the bug to cause mic not working after software update? I've tried restart, restore, factory reset but no chance. It's a pain when can't use voice message to reply and no sound during video call.

Have you tried mic diagnostic test already? Is it passed?

I did. Mic 1 is not working while mic 2 is normal.

Ok. It seems more towards hardware issue to me then.

Get it replaced if still under warranty

The technician said it's not worth to replace the hardware is warranty still valid. After opened, the mobile will not be water proofed anymore.

Mic one was working perfectly previously and suddenly not working after software upgrade. No drop or water issue

Mine too was suddenly not working but the service centre repaired it for me under warranty

Unfortunately, mine is more than 3 months, no more warranty for mic and other accessories
