Galaxy NoteI purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra (pre-ordered) on August 2020, and just earlier this month (Dec 2021), the phone was unable to charge via charging cable (still able to charge via wireless). Sent to Samsung service center and they claimed that it was the motherboard problem. It will cost RM1.6K to replace the motherboard (need to reformat phone) or repair the motherboard (RM370) but repair will take 2 weeks!! Either option will provide a lot of inconvenience! I have always been very careful with the phone, no hard drops, no expose to extreme temp/humid/water etc but finds it weird to have such issue.
Is this a common problem with Samsung Galaxy models? Can Samsung confirm it is not a defective/quality issue??
