screen out or phone turned off? i have seen the similer case. that was only screen down and got sound.

Send it to the service centre nearby to check whether is battery issue or not.

Not advisable drained totally full as phone tend to age. Next time by 30% need plug in charger. Suggested best time plug in if ur continuous using is at 40%. Try hard reset if still can't then u need send service center
