I've been locked out of my Note10 Lite multiple times using the fingerprint sensor so i had to type the coded password instead. Also, the phone consumes a lot of power even when I'm not using a lot of apps. A full charge only lasts for an average of 8 hours. It's fast charger does not charge as fast as they claim in their ads for the Note10 Lite. I bought my unit from the Samsung Experience Store in Ayala Circuit Mall Makati only last Sep. 7 and it was manufactured in Indonesia.
I suggest you complain this while you still have your 7 day warranty. I don't know if this helps but this unit is a disappointment. Got mine from Glorietta - Aug 31
