Based on what the majority says, today's smartphones and fast charging ones has auto shut off charging capability when you phone's battery reached fully charge and left unplug, this includes the N20 ultra. But, still an advised always says not to left your phone fully charged unplug as the current is always flowing.

Better be cautious enough in avoiding such prolong overcharging. Better be safe than regret.

Better not make it a habit cuz despite the advance technology and protection of our phones, it still has its limitations and flaws. No phone ever made 100% perfect in all aspects.

Hey there, Jom! I'm Sam, your friendly Samsung Customer Service guy. Your fellow members are correct as per your concern. ‌‌ Modern chargers nowadays do have an auto-shut off feature which prevents over-charging of your battery. You may observe this by having your device charged, let it continue even after it's full charged, then try to touch the adapter as it is NOT that hot compared when the device still charges. Nevertheless, we do not advise to let a device be left while charging and/or be left plugged overnight as the electricity continues to run.

Also, charging while your device is on your bed/under your pillow may cause serious injury/fire incident due to insufficient ventilation and too much heat build up.  Class A/fake wall chargers may also contribute to battery damage of your device due to inaccurate power output which prolongs your charging time, and will further decrease battery lifespan.

Hope these tips helps. Be sure to click " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you. 😊
