If this started after updating, start by clearing your cache partition in recovery.

Did you turn off your phone completely (wait till it vibrates) then press and hold both the power and volume up button until you get into recovery mode ?

Thank you GG2.

Hi, as suugested by GG2 please perform wipe cache partition and see if it helps.

Below are the steps to perform wipecache partition.

1.Turn off the unit.

2.Press and hold the volume up button and press and hold the on/off button. When the Android logo is displayed, release all keys ("Installing system update" is displayed before displaying the Android system recovery menu options).

3.Press the volume down key repeatedly to highlight "wipe cache partition".

4.Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume Down button to highlight "Yes" and press the Power button to select. When the wiping of the cache partition is completed, "Reboot System Now" is highlighted.

5.Press the Power button to reboot the unit.

Hi, if you haven't tried to perform safe mode, please boot the device into safe mode and verify if it fixes the issue.

It's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue.

To figure out, you can use the Safe mode feature.

In Safe mode, your device won't run any third-party apps.

To enter Safe Mode, please perform the following:

1.First, completely power off the phone.

2. Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.

3.If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.

4.Once you are in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.

5.To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.

If the issue still persists, we request you to try submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app.

Attaching a log file will help greatly in analyzing the cause of the issue.

An expert from the Samsung Members team will try and respond to the report as quickly as possible.

Tap and hold on Samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.
