Dear Samsung Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with your product and services. After a recent software update, a glaring green line appeared on the display of my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. This is a high-end, expensive device, and yet it now has a serious display defect that seems to be happening to countless other users as well. It’s unacceptable.

I do not use my phone for heavy tasks like gaming—only for basic things like social media and YouTube—yet this issue appeared after an official software update, something entirely out of my control. It’s beyond frustrating that a device at this price point can have such a widespread problem after a routine update, and even worse that Samsung seems to be ignoring it.

The fact that this is happening to so many other users without any acknowledgment or proper solution from Samsung is shocking. It shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and product quality. This isn’t just a random glitch, it’s a major flaw in your hardware and software that has clearly been affecting numerous customers.

I will strongly advise anyone I know to steer clear of Samsung products in the future. It seems the company no longer cares about its reputation, quality, or its customers. Your lack of transparency and failure to address this issue has completely destroyed my trust in Samsung products.

I expect a solution for this immediately, or Samsung will lose a customer for life, and I will make sure others know of my experience as well.

Hi my note 20 is facing the same issue, pls take a look of my samsung product record, I am using mostly Samsung products since note 8, I am now using Z fold 6 but my standby phone note 20 ultra having this issue, can MOD or tech support reach me through email ? Tq.
