Why Note 20 Ultra only happen this problem???

I really like Samsung products, starting from the galaxy note 2,3,5 s8+ 9+ note 20u, but now it's unlucky, and I've asked a friend who works at Samsung and has to replace the LCD, which costs Rm 1019 not including the fee to install it , even though the cellphone has never been dropped or crushed because I always take care of things

Actually not only Note 20 got such problem. If you Google it, S20 series is more to this issue as well. 

I believe as of today, no one really know what cause the problem. If you ask Samsung about the issue, i believe they will dodge the question and blame on other thing (you can read out the comment facing by other users in this community as a proved).  

The only choice is to go with a repair or get a new device. To me, RM 1k screen replacement is totally not worth it. They might only cover it for like 3 months only (i assume). After that, if the problem occur again then it is really a question mark back to the user. If you really like the phone and plan for a screen replacement, maybe you can try out some of the trusted phone repair shop. They might offer a cheaper screen replacement but that will count as a void of Samsung warranty (fyi, i believe your phone warranty already expired). So decision is still with you. Think and plan wisely.

Can we go for 3rd party repair shop since it's already over the warranty period?
It might have cheaper price or the fingerprint sensor might not working after the replacement.

I got my first line on 3rd Dec 2022. One more appear today. I love samsung but might change to iphone after this. Hopefully Samsung will read this 👀

If you ask me, i can just say it is part of luck. Some people might be unlucky where the phone they purchased might get a green line or screen burnt (without dropping, no dust, etc) and some on the other way round. So is really depend.

If you feel that Samsung phone do not satisfy you, it is good to try out other brands. FYI, Epal got their own problem with the screen issue too (try Google about screen display with rainbow color). No harm to try out different brand, because as a consumer, it is our rights. No worries. Plan and shop smart.
