Green Line

Does anyone know whether this issue will be fixed if its formatted? It's def a software issue as it only happened after the updates. The problem is even if its formatted we'll have to "update" right up until the green line update again ....so did anyone try formatting yet?

Updates: formatted and nothing worked other than having to set everything again. Customer service said hardware issue and would have to change for RM1150.

Ya answer same as mine. Their hq already prepared answer to counter our problems. They know what we are going to say.

Note 20 series is LED Screen issue however for my Note 9 fight more than 4 years no issue of green line but minor burn on recent key, home key and back key

I'm also having green line issue on my phone. Anyone else having the same issue and resolved?

S21 Ultra. 1 Yr plus plus device. 

The green line appeared all of the sudden!!!
When I ask around, they said it costs RM1,100 to change the screen. It's ridiculous!

I have been a Samsung fan. Previous Samsung models I used were all durable. 

I'm so disappointed this time. 

Is Samsung Malaysia offering free screen replacement like other countries?

I update software and kena pink line right in the middle of the screen. 😭
