Help for music sound

Can someone tells me why my UHQ sound option is not available on my Galaxy note 20 ultra? Thanks for any suggestion.

Would be pretty Awesome if my brand new $1,800 Z Fold actually came with any accessories, like say, headphones or hey, maybe even a charging cable and wall charger. All of my previous galaxy devices have always included little things like that. This was by far the most expensive galaxy I've purchased and it is also the most disappointing device I've owned.

New update Yesterday and All MY 200 SONGS PLAYLIST ARE GONE. FIX THIS WHERE IS MY MUSIC!!!!!!?????? I restarted multiple times
