I haven't downloaded any app recently, my apps are more than 6 months old but this pop up is something new,I even factory reseted, I tried the safe mode but it's still the same!!
Hi, If possible, insert the SIM card on another phone and check if you get the same pop-up. It helps to understand if it is from the carrier or with a phone app on the device.
Hi Moez, Please follow the steps below on your device and check if it works fine. Open the Phone app> Tap on three dots in the top right corner> Select Settings> Select Supplementary services> Caller ID and spam protection> Disable it.
