How often do you use your S Pen?

To take pictures, very often. To write notes, every once in a while.

Used it for:
~Typing/Writing text in any apps
~Remote for Camera
~Editing pic & vid
~Write on Calender & SNotes also Samsung Notes
~Remotes for presentation of work
~Last but not least using on navigation gestures since now on Android 10 added type gestures in full screen navigation with very suit to S Pen.

In short, used it most of the time till sometimes no battery. For real, Note 10 help a lots to make it simple and easier in work & Lifestyles.😅
